This workshop is designed for anyone 12 years or older. You don’t need to be “tough” or have any previous experience. If you want to feel safer and more confident, you’re in the right place.

Not at all. Our approach is reality-based and inclusive. We focus on mindset, awareness, and simple, instinctive physical skills that work under pressure — regardless of age, strength, or ability.

Our core programs include:

  • Situational Awareness: Spotting risks early
  • Manipulation & Boundary Setting: Standing firm when someone pushes your limits
  • De-escalation: Responding calmly and strategically in tense situations
  • Physical Self-Defence: Practical moves that don’t require strength or training.

Our community workshops are delivered in person over 3 hours including breaks.
